Land sale terms

1. What you buy

You purchase a right to a Wave 1 forest estate in the Tignum game (species + slot), paid in USDC on Solana. You receive in-game access and starter seeds per the live game rules. This is not an offering of TGNM, equity, or a promise of profit.

2. What you do not buy

• No TGNM token in this checkout
• No guaranteed USD return, APY, or token price
• No claim on treasury beyond the published land product

3. Limits

Anti-whale: max 5 estates or $2,000 per buyer identity — whichever first. Estates may carry a 14-day transfer / flip lock after claim.

4. Phases

Wave 1 may open in phases (A → B → C). Only listed realms in the open phase are for sale. Later map waves (2–3) are separate and gated by published metrics — not part of this checkout.

5. Game & changes

The game is software. Features, balance, and markets may change. Illustrative figures in the whitepaper and raise page are models, not warranties. Heat/Mania and sell caps may apply as published.

6. Risks

See the Risk disclosure. Crypto, smart-contract, regulatory, and game-economy risks apply. You can lose the purchase price.

7. Acceptance

Completing checkout (sandbox or live USDC) means you read these Terms and the Risk page and agree. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
